Beginner Class

5:15pm - 6:45pm

Ann will be teaching this ongoing class.

Basic Standing poses are emphasized, along with balance and beginning work of strength, forward bends, and beginning backbends are introduced.

Arun classes

Arun will be returning September 30 - October 2, 2025

1.5 Hour Classes

• 5 classes: $90
• 10 classes: $170
• 15 classes: $240
• Walk-in: $20

Classes are logged on a punch card. Payment may be made by cash or personal check.

Punch cards expire in six months
