Been a student now for almost 6 months and I love this studio. The teacher is wonderful, kind and listens to the students about the specific body and pains. I feel like this the beginning steps of changing me and I'm incredibly glad I found Robin, the instructor, and this place.

This is an exceptional class for all stages. I have been a student since 2006 and am so happy to see the positive changes.

Robin has a great eye for helping students be their best no matter what their level.

The instructors are genuine and go out of their way to help you get into the poses. The classes are responsibly priced and has great atmosphere- I love Wendy and Robin
